Mic Check 1-206 is a show with the motive to keep that Northwest/Seattle (206) Hip-hop movement alive, a show that is totally dedicated to great underground hip-hop that hasn’t gotten the plays it deserves, with a hope to have the show highlight local artists. In other words Mic Check 1-206 takes a break from all that pop-lockin, show stoppin, lean wit it and rockin, and party like rock star-in, and all those ay-bay-bay’s. If you want to hear the dopest hip-hop from your neck of the woods, tune in and let the beats and rhymes take over. In addition, if you are a local hip-hop artist interested in getting some plays you can email or mail your songs in. I will listen, and you will most likely get played.
