About Carousel:
The Carousel Festival is an all-ages event celebrating the Northwest DIY creative community as a whole. They are attempting to bring together the creative forces that are the bloodline of our city and bridge these unneeded gaps in this wonderful, bright community. The Carousel Festival is a three-day event featuring 35-40 regional bands, film, workshops, and other arts, hosted at a handful of different DIY spaces. This years proceeds will go to support 2 different, but very similar local non-profits. Half will go to CARA (Communities Against Rape & Abuse) and the other half to the local anti-violence/self-defence non-profit, Home Alive.
