Allergen Special Showcase's mission is to play loud abrupt music/sounds at inappropriate times. A heterogeneous mixture of cacophany, peaked levels, vocal stretches, sound collage, dissonant scales, and field recordings in composition; in its evaporated form it presents itself as a noise/experimental music show.
Favoring the underground, Allergen Special Showcase seeks to interview the music makers and behind the scenes shakers who keep the music alive.
Listeners are also treated to the recordings of Jim Katatonic who prides himself in his live recordings as well as his limited and special edition collection.
