The Corner Pocket [NW] Program is Local Musics from the NW corner of the mainland states and our beautiful state of Washington. The show has been on the air for a decade now, first in Bellingham on 89.3 KUGS-FM, and focuses on all musics of Whatcom, Skagit, Island and San Juan Counties. We feature live performances and recordings of shows, as well as interviews with artists. Tune in to hear tunes from awesome artists and bands of all genres whom you have probably never heard before. This is the land that brought you The Posies, Death Cab For Cutie, Mount Eerie, Karl Blau, Dana Lyons, Shook Ones, Robert Blake, Racetrack, Idiot Pilot and hundreds of other amazing songcrafters.
